There is an upcoming spring promotion, how do you merchandise your department to generate excitement for both staff and customers in order to achieve sales targets for the promotion?

Every customer that requires something you tell about the promotion.
Its marketing 101. How do you attract attention. Pretty packaging, expensive gifts, environmentally friendly gifts, food, music… Incentive to buy more, save more.
In many cases sales people rush to close when If you spent 10 extra minutes with the customer your sales would not only go up significantly but that customer will remember you for future sales. Customers want personal service, a sales person who knows what they are talking about and is prepared to go the extra yard for their customer will reap the rewards now and later on down the track.

Does your company offer products or services that might be more enticing during the springtime? Look for promotional items to give to your current clients and for your target customers.
